Go to your bank. If you are turned down keep going up the chain of command until you find an officer of the bank that would rather give you the loan than be bothered by you. Worked for me when my credit was bad and I needed a personal loan.

Not much chance anyone is going to spring a loan for someone who has an unpaid judgement and garnishment on their credit report. Garnishment says that you were so impossible to collect your debit from that they had to obtain a judgement and then go after your salary to get paid.
You do need to be careful of the scammers here who want you to make a deposit on a guaranteed loan who will take your money and run; making a bad situation worse.
Best bet is pay it off and start over.
